Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers is reimagining the way communities and the nation approach the issue of homelessness.
Our data-driven, trauma-informed program has been creating meaningful change in Oregon communities for nearly two decades. Helping Hands currently operates 228 beds at eleven facilities in four counties—Clatsop, Lincoln, Tillamook, Yamhill. In 2020, we will more than double their impact, creating nearly 300 new beds at three facilities, including Bybee Lakes Hope Center in Portland, Oregon. The Hope Center in Multnomah County will serve as a model for rethinking homeless programs and rebuilding resiliency in our communities.
